Your body innately knows how to process stress.
But our modern world and cultural conditioning has caused many of us to impede the process. Our unprocessed trauma might take the form of anxiety, headaches, restlessness, insomnia, or physical sensations. So we cope: we drink or eat or scroll or shop.
It’s ok—your coping mechanisms developed as a way to keep you safe. They’ve served an important purpose. But what would life look like if you no longer needed to rely on them? How would your day-to-day shift if you felt more present, more grounded, and more centered? What if you could learn effective self-regulation and reduce your reactivity and triggers?
Learn about your body’s natural ability to cope with stress—and become more resilient and aligned to what matters most—in this 8-week course.
Change is possible.

Interested in learning more about Somatic Experiencing for trauma resolution?
Somatic Experiencing
One of the primary tools we’ll use is Somatic Experiencing, or SE. SE is an internal practice developed to process traumatic stress, that teaches you to balance your autonomic nervous system so you can feel grounded, centered, and available for connection. Similar to meditation, it requires finding quiet and journeying within. But rather than trying to clear your mind, you’ll learn to attune to the signals your body is sending you and the safety present in the world around you.
You’ll learn the science behind SE and put it into practice on our weekly calls. With the understanding of how to recalibrate and heal your nervous system, you’ll gradually be able to let go of your coping mechanisms and be more present in your everyday life.
