I’m Amy Nicholson, a catalyst, healer, teacher, and advocate. I think of myself as a bridge between worlds, synthesizing modern science and ancient wisdom. I support my clients and community on your journey to full integration of the multidimensional self: soma, psyche, and soul. 
I do this through shamanic healing, psychotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing. Somatic Experiencing (or SE) is a neurological approach to resolving trauma and regulating the nervous system. It allows you to connect with an inner-groundedness in order to find your center and process stress in a healthy way.

Through Somatic Expriencing™ (SE), you can learn to understand the signals your body is sending you when you feel anxiety, stress or a sense of overwhelm.

It helps to regulate your nervous system, supporting optimal function of your mind so you can be more present with yourself, even amidst these uncertain times.

In this 20 minute meditation, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation to down-regulate your nervous system so you can connect to a grounding presence and find your center.


This practice is accessible to anyone; you don’t have to be a practiced meditator to feel the benefits.
